Crunch Accounting was founded by Jude Stirling when she identified a need in the accountancy services market to give excellent service and advice to small-to-medium sized businesses.
We believe each person who comes to us is important. There are no large clients or small clients – only valued clients who we treat with honesty, integrity and respect. Crunch Accounting is dedicated to providing flexible and efficient bookkeeping, accounting and tax services to help you and your business continuously improve.
Using current software in the Cloud we can provide efficient advice to you, however we won’t mind if you bring us your accounts, neatly notated and colour-coded in crisp plastic files or in a cardboard box which has found itself the place for all those receipts you know will come in handy “one day”.

Crunch Accounting Services can do as much or as little as you want.
Some business owners want the freedom to get on with their day-to-day business, leaving all the accounting details in the hands of someone else. Others are happy to take care of their accounting through the year, but want the assurance that their year-end financial statements and tax obligations are all in order.
Regardless of the level of service you opt for, once we have all your paperwork on hand, the team at Crunch Accounting work to a six-week turn around for year-end accounts and tax returns.
Over the years, we’ve found that people like the certainty of a fixed cost or Crunch can customise a service for your business or you can choose from one of our fixed-price packages.
NUMBER CRUNCHERS ACCOUNTING PACKAGE
This package is for those of you who want as little as possible to do with your accounting paperwork and IRD, while still having access to detailed information on your business whenever you need it. The Number Crunchers Accounting Package effectively provides you with an accountant "on staff". You pay a fixed monthly fee (so there's not an end-of-year lump sum to pay) and one of the Crunch team is available at the end of the phone whenever you need them. We also deal directly with IRD on your behalf - a popular feature of the Number Crunchers Package. Once a month, you receive an easy-to-understand summary of where your business is at - and any timely tax budgeting advice. Clients who opt for the Number Crunchers Accounting Package quickly recognise the convenience of the fixed cost and the excellent level of service it provides.

ANNUAL ACCOUNTS PACKAGE
If you are happy enough doing your own accounts during the year, but want the confidence of knowing your year-end financials and tax return are all extra good for the IRD, the Crunch Accounting Annual Accounts Package is for you.

RENTAL PROPERTY PACKAGE

INDIVIDUAL TAX RETURNS
If you have investment income, or income from a Family Trust, we can prepare your personal tax return, send you the tax summary report, and file the return with Inland Revenue on your behalf.
PAYROLL SERVICES
Administering your payroll can be time-consuming and divert you from your core business activities. Added to this, payroll and employment legislation are growing increasingly complex.
We can assist by providing a comprehensive, confidential payroll service that includes administration of PAYE, statutory sick pay, KiwiSaver payments, annual leave, and IR-filing to the IRD. We can also provide up-to-date information or advice in any of these areas.
OTHER SERVICES
Company Compliance Company legislation requires businesses to perform several administration tasks that take up a lot of valuable company time. We can relieve this burden for you, and ensure that you don’t face penalties.
